What is gWatch? gWatch is a small google gadget that will track the amount of time spent in gmail/igoogle wherever it is installed. First you must register an account for gWatch, since a username and password are required for login to track your usage. The only items in the database are the username, password(hashed), and time in seconds. Once you have registered an account, you can add the gadget via the XML file. You must have custom gagdets enabled in google labs for this to work.
